Domus de Silva is located in Villanova, one of the four historical quarters of the city of Cagliari. The flat, measuring approximately 140 square metres, is located on the 1st floor of a small building with a separate entrance, no lift, and is spread over three levels.

The entrance has an open-plan fitted kitchen and a dining area with a living area overlooking the picturesque Via San Giacomo.

Access to the different levels, on which the house is developed, is via an elegant and functional open staircase, with wooden steps and a light metal balustrade that contributes to making the environment youthful and simple at the same time.

The two double bedrooms are located on different levels, one of which is illuminated by a light well (“cavaedium” typical of the buildings of the past), and are accompanied by two bathrooms with shower.
