Thanks to its privileged location, the villa provides easy access to some of the most beautiful destinations along the southeastern coast of Sardinia, from the peaceful setting of Torre delle Stelle to the beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei.
The spacious, light-filled living area is the heart of the home: a welcoming space designed for spending time together, whether relaxing or enjoying shared moments. The raised floor features a main kitchen, a practical kitchenette, a second dining area, and a bedroom with two single beds.
The lower-ground floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and features three comfortable double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in wardrobe, while the other two bedrooms are located on the same level and each has its own private external bathroom with bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
Outside, a spacious private garden surrounds the villa, creating inviting spaces to enjoy throughout the day. The furnished covered veranda is ideal for leisurely breakfasts outdoors, family lunches, and relaxed summer dinners. The property also offers two private parking spaces within the grounds.
A charming private pathway, winding through the Mediterranean scrub, leads directly to the scenic rocky coastline of Genn’e Mari, offering private access to the sea and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
Villa Alice is a home where time naturally slows down, between the blue of the sea, the green of the Mediterranean vegetation, and evenings beneath the starry sky of Torre delle Stelle. A place to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, allowing each day to become a cherished memory to take home.
*The villa does not have air conditioning in the common areas, a conscious choice made to preserve its original architecture and the natural ventilation encouraged by its proximity to the sea. Air conditioning is, however, available in all bedrooms, ensuring maximum comfort during the night while preserving the home's authentic character and naturally cool atmosphere.
**Due to the property's direct access to the sea, the villa is equipped with double-glazed windows and protective grilles, some of which are operable and others fixed. These have been discreetly integrated into the architecture and surrounding landscape.
The management of the house has been entrusted to the team of Sardinia Chic, a company specialized in tourist accommodation, whose goal is to offer its guests a unique experience. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7. However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome. Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member. For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.
The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.
Deposit
The refundable deposit of € 1.500,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.
Local Council Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay amount, is applied in accordance with the municipal regulations where applicable. The Municipality of Sinnai requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on-site, amounting to € 1.50 (One/50) per person per night (excluding children under 12 years old). The payment of the tourist tax will be required for all stays and must be paid in cash during the check-in process.
**Pets weighing less than 10Kg, are allowed on this property, with the exception of dangerous animals.
