Villa Tamerice, is a Luxury Villa located in a condominium of luxury villas in Castiadas, a popular tourist resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia.

The property, in addition to being equipped with all comforts, is on two levels. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the living area, with large living area furnished with sofas and flat screen TV, two dining rooms with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. On the ground floor there are, also, one bathroom, a laundry area and a small storage room for luggage.

The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, with four bedrooms perfectly furnished and equipped with the best comforts for a pleasant stay. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a French bed and an external bathroom with shower.

The rooms have a window and/or a French window overlooking the private garden of the property and from some you can admire the sea on the horizon.

What distinguishes the property is the large and characteristic porch, where there is a small living room, a functional BBQ area and an area equipped for lunches, dinners and aperitifs in the open air.

The private swimming pool and the solarium furnished with sun beds and shower are perfectly inserted in the garden surrounding the property.

The property has a private entrance and private parking space. All rooms inside the Villa are conditioned/ heated.
