Villa Ginestra, is a Luxury Villa located within a luxurious condominium of Villas in Castiadas, a renowned tourist resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia.

The property, equipped with all comforts and absolute privacy, is spread over two levels.

On the ground floor, there is the living room with a lovely fireplace and a double sofa bed, the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a cavity that can be used as a storage room.

The first floor is reserved for the sleeping area with three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, a second double and a single room that can be converted into a double with a pull-out sofa bed. On the floor there is also a second bathroom with shower.

All the rooms have a window and/or a small balcony overlooking the property’s private garden and from which it is possible to see the sea on the horizon.

The villa, with its own private entrance, reserved parking space and slide for pushchairs, is surrounded by a well-kept garden, in which there is a swimming pool with hydro-massage, a small solarium equipped with a sun umbrella, sun-beds, an outdoor hot-water shower and a functional barbecue area, overlooking a large portico with a dining table and lounge.

The exterior of the property is also very well maintained, as are the window frames complete with mosquito nets.
