The west-facing front terrace is the perfect place to start the day and, at sunset, to admire the changing colours of the sky over the Fortezza. Looking up, it is not uncommon to catch the enchanting sight of flamingos flying towards Cagliari.

The east-facing terrace, furnished with a comfortable sofa and cosy armchairs, is dedicated to afternoon and evening relaxation. It is the perfect spot to read a book or simply enjoy a moment of tranquillity, accompanied by the gentle breeze created by the ceiling fan.

The iconic Porto Giunco Beach, approximately 800 metres away, can be reached with a pleasant walk along the Notteri Lagoon, while on the opposite side of the peninsula lie the beaches of La Fortezza and Campulongu. Approximately 2 km away, you can discover Cala Caterina, Cava Usai, and Santo Stefano, while a short drive takes you to other coastal gems such as Campus, Porto Sa Ruxi, Punta Molentis, and Cala Sinzias.

The centre of Villasimius, approximately 3 km away, with its restaurants, boutiques, evening venues, and local amenities, invites you to experience the lively atmosphere and warm hospitality of the town even after a day spent by the sea.
